According to the different structure of sliding bearing, it can be divided into the following categories:
1. Shaft sleeve
1) The inner diameter of the shaft sleeve exceeds the maximum value of the gear pump bearing rules, that is, the shaft diameter plus the maximum allowable clearance of the bearing;
2) When the outer diameter of the shaft sleeve is smaller than the minimum value of the regular size of the steel sleeve bearing, and the knurled sliding oil-free bushing SF-1 method cannot ensure the quality requirements;
3) When the sleeve is burned or the shaft is held.
2. Split bearings
1) When the bearing alloy is severely worn and its thickness is reduced by more than 1/2;
2) When the bearing alloy layer is peeled off and the crack is severe, the area is more than 1/3;
3) Severe burning of the bearing alloy layer;
4) When the contact angle between the bearing alloy and the shaft is greater than 120o, the contact angle can no longer be adjusted by scraping the tile surface or the side gap is too large to be adjusted.
Three, thin wall tiles
1) The bearing alloy layer is sintered;
2) When the alloy layer of the bearing is severely worn and bitten and cannot be tightened by the padding method;
3) When the alloy layer of the bearing is shelled or cracked;
4) When the wear of the bearing alloy layer is not too severe, but the maintenance interval cannot be guaranteed;
5) When the alloy layer of the bearing is worn, the padding method should be used to tighten the bearing, but the thickness of the gasket exceeds 0.5mm.
Four, thrust bearing
1) When the thrust pad is severely worn and its thickness is reduced by more than 1/2;
2) When the thrust pad is smelted;
3) The thrust tile is peeled off and cracked.
