The layer of friction reducing material cast on its inner surface in order to improve the frictional properties of the surface of the bearing pad is referred to as a bearing lining. The material of the bearing bush and bearing bushing is collectively referred to as a plain bearing material. Sliding bearing applications are generally used under low-speed and heavy-duty conditions, or where it is difficult to maintain and fill lubricants.
1) Metal materials such as bearing alloys, bronze, aluminum alloys, zinc-based alloys, etc.
Bearing alloy: bearing alloy, also known as white alloy, mainly tin, lead, antimony and other metal alloys, due to its wear-resistant type, high plasticity, good running performance, good thermal conductivity, good oil resistance, good adsorption, suitable For heavy-duty, high-speed boxes, bearing alloys are low-strength and expensive, and must be cast on bronze, steel or cast iron mats to form a thin coating.
2) Porous metal materials (powder metallurgical materials)
Porous metal material: Porous metal is a powder material having a porous structure, and if immersed in a lubricating oil, the pores filled with the lubricating oil become an oil bearing having self-lubricating properties. Porous metal materials have low toughness and are only suitable for smooth, non-impact loads and medium and small speeds.
3) Non-metallic materials
Bearing plastic: commonly used plastic phenolic plastic, nylon, PTFE, plastic bearings have greater compressive strength and wear resistance, can be used for oil and water lubrication, but also has self-lubricating properties, but poor thermal conductivity.
Sliding bearings in the work due to the contact between the journal and the bearing will cause friction, resulting in surface heat, wear and even "death", so the bearing design should be used to improve the bearing friction of the bearing material, the appropriate lubricant and use Proper supply methods are used to improve the bearing structure for thick film lubrication.
1. Corrosion of tile surface: Spectral analysis found that the concentration of non-ferrous metal elements is abnormal; the spectrum appears in many non-ferrous metal components of sub-micron wear particles; the moisture of the lubricant exceeds the standard and the acid value exceeds the standard.
2, the surface corrosion of the journal: Spectral analysis found that the iron concentration is abnormal, there are many iron sub-micron particles in the iron spectrum, and the water content or acid value of the lubricating oil exceeds the standard.
3, the surface tension of the journal: iron in the iron cutting particles or black oxide particles, there is a metal surface tempered color.
4, tile wear and tear: spectral analysis found that the iron concentration is abnormal, many iron components in the iron spectrum sub-micron wear particles, lubricating oil moisture and acid value is abnormal.
5, bearing surface strain: iron found in the cutting abrasive, the abrasive composition of non-ferrous metals.
6, tile surface peeling: iron found many large-scale fatigue peeling alloy wear particles, layered abrasive.
7, bearing burning tile: iron alloy with large mass of abrasive and black metal oxide.
8, bearing wear: due to the metal properties of the shaft (high hardness, poor concession) and other reasons, it is easy to cause adhesive wear, wear and tear, fatigue wear, fretting wear.
Paint rust: Paint rust is characterized by a sealed motor, the motor starts to sound good, but after a period of time in the warehouse, the motor becomes very abnormal sound, removing the bearing from serious rust. Many manufacturers will be considered as front bearing problems.
