First, the bearing's tumbling sound is selected by the sounder to check the size and sound quality of the bearing's tumbling sound. Even if the bearing has fine rolling bearing peeling and other damage, it will announce abnormal sounds and irregular sounds. The device can be distinguished.
Second, the bearing oscillation
Bearing oscillation is very sensitive to bearing damage, such as shedding, indentation, corrosion, cracks, wear, etc., which are reflected in the bearing oscillation measurement. Therefore, after selecting a special bearing oscillation measuring device (frequency analyzer, etc.), the oscillation can be measured. The size of the mold, after frequency analysis can not infer the specific situation of the mold guide sleeve abnormal. The measured values vary depending on the conditions of use of the bearing or the orientation of the sensor device. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine beforehand to determine the specification.
Third, the temperature of the bearing
The temperature of the bearing is generally estimated by the temperature outside the bearing. If the oil hole can be used to directly measure the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing, it is more suitable. Generally, the temperature of the bearing gradually rises with the start of the operation, and reaches a stable condition after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of the bearing varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine. If the oil-impregnated bearing is smooth and the device is suitable, the bearing temperature will rise sharply and abnormal temperature will occur. At this time, it is necessary to stop the operation and adopt necessary precautions. Based on a number of test data, Table 4-1 lists the average outer ring temperature for bearing operation in various machines for reference. Because the temperature is affected by smoothness, speed, load, and environment, the table median only indicates the approximate temperature scale. The thermal sensor can be used to monitor the operating temperature of the bearing at any time, and when the temperature exceeds the specified value, the user can be alarmed or the fire can be prevented from happening.
Fourth, smooth
(1) The effect of smooth bearing
Smoothness has an important influence on the fatigue life of the rolling bearing and the conflict, wear, temperature rise, oscillation, etc., without normal smoothness, the bearing can not work. Analysis of the cause of bearing damage indicates that about 40% of bearing damage is related to poor smoothness. Thus, the outstanding smoothness of the bearing is a useful way to reduce bearing conflict and wear.
In addition, the smoothness of the bearing also has various effects such as heat dissipation, rust prevention, sealing, and flat cushioning.
