Sliding bearing is a bearing that works under sliding friction. The sliding bearing works stably, reliably and without noise. Under the condition of liquid lubrication, the sliding surface is separated by the lubricating oil without direct contact, which can greatly reduce the friction loss and surface wear. The oil film also has a certain absorption capacity, but the starting friction resistance is large.

grease:
Features: no fluidity, can form a thin film on the sliding surface.
2. Application: it is not required to supply oil frequently, or it is low speed, heavy load and swing motion bearing.
3. Selection principle:
·When the pressure is high and the sliding speed is low, the varieties with smaller penetration should be selected;
·The drop point of the grease used should be about 20 ~ 30 higher than the working temperature of the bearing, so as to avoid excessive loss of grease during operation.
·In wet or watery environment, calcium base or aluminum base grease with strong waterproof performance should be selected.
·Sodium based or composite calcium grease should be selected at high temperature.
Lubricating oil
1. Features: good fluidity, can form dynamic pressure, static pressure or edge film boundary lubrication film.
2. Application: incomplete liquid sliding bearing and complete liquid lubrication sliding bearing.
3. Selection principle: mainly consider the viscosity of lubricating oil.
·High speed, low pressure, oil viscosity should be lower;
·At high temperature, the viscosity should be higher; at low temperature, the viscosity can be lower.
Solid lubricant
Features: solid film can be formed on sliding surface.
2. Application occasions: occasions with special requirements, such as environmental cleaning requirements, vacuum or high temperature.
3. Common types: molybdenum disulfide, carbon graphite, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.
4. Usage: coating, bonding or sintering on the surface of bearing bush; making composite materials and forming lubricating film depending on the lubricating property of the material itself.
