(1) Assemble the front oil-free bearing, deburr the shaft sleeve and bearing seat hole, and clean and lubricate the bearing seat hole.
(2) The size of the shaft is suitable for shrinking the knock or the size of the law to set the shaft into the bearing housing inner hole and fix it.
(3) Non oil bearing pressure bearing hole, easy to change the size and shape, reaming or scraping method should be used for trimming, inspection, to ensure that the shaft and sleeve to cope with good clearance.
