have adopted the shoe bearing technology for tube mills with a diameter
of 3.8 m or more. The shoe bearing is a large-sized ball bearing bearing
because the bearing's touch surface is in the mill. On
the outer diameter of the cylinder, the bearing diameter increases, the
linear speed of the bearing is doubled, and the special bushing for the
gear pump is added. The collision resistance moment of the mill at the
transition is more than double that of the hollow shaft mill. The

consumes about 15%. The calculation of the power required to overcome
the collision resistance torque is the weight of the grinding machine ×

addition of power consumption. In

sliding bearings. The temperature rise is too high. As a result, the
need to stop grinding and cooling reduces the operating rate of the
mill. To this end, we propose that we can rebuild as soon as possible.
Sliding
bearing mills are in contact with copper alloy bushings during
operation. The effect of positive pressure is very severe. As
the temperature of the ball mill rises, the viscosity of the lubricant
is reduced, the bearing capacity can be reduced, and dry friction can be
formed, and severe burning of the tile can also occur. The
temperature rise of the shoe is mainly due to the large amount of heat
generated by collision and sliding between the grinding bodies inside
the mill. Some of them are carried away by the material and the gas, and
some are sent out by the barrel. The heat of the barrel is transmitted. On the slip ring, the temperature of the shoe increases.
