Rolling bearing manufacturing technology (bearing manufacturing, bearing processing):
Although there are many types of rolling bearings, the structure type,
the tolerance level, the material selection and the processing bushing
method are different, but the basic manufacturing process includes the
following contents:
Bearing parts manufacturing - bearing parts inspection - bearing parts
demagnetization, cleaning, rust - bearing assembly - bearing finished
product inspection - bearing finished demagnetization, cleaning -
bearing finished oil packaging bucket finished storage.
Ferrule
is an important part of rolling bearings, due to the variety of rolling
bearings, making the different types of bearing rings size, structure,
manufacture of rolling bearings using equipment, process methods are
different. And because the ferrule processing processes, complex process,
processing double metal bearing precision requirements, therefore, the
quality of the ring on the bearing accuracy, service life and
performance has an important impact.
Ferrule manufacturing of raw materials for the cylindrical bar or pipe
material, according to the different molding process, rolling bearing
rings generally have the following several manufacturing processes.
1) (bar) forging - forging - annealing (or normalizing - turning (cold
rolling) - heat treatment quenching, tempering - grinding - parts
inspection - demagnetization, cleaning - submitting assembly
2) (bar, pipe) cutting - cold rolling forming - heat treatment
quenching, tempering - grinding - parts inspection - demagnetization,
cleaning - submit assembly
3) (pipe material) cutting - turning molding - heat treatment
quenching, tempering - grinding - parts inspection - demagnetization,
cleaning - submit assembly
4) (bar) cutting - cold (temperature) extrusion - turning - heat
treatment quenching, tempering - grinding - parts inspection -
demagnetization, cleaning - submit assembly
Ring forming method:
At
present in the ring processing, molding methods are the following:
forging molding, turning molding, cold rolling and cold (temperature)
extrusion molding. In
the above molding method, the most widely used forging molding
processing, accounting for about 80% of the total production, for some
small general-purpose products can be used rod (tube) material directly
turning molding. Since the 1980s, some small and medium enterprises in China in the
production of small and medium-sized rings using cold rolling and cold
(temperature) extrusion molding process.
1) Forging Molding:
Through
forging processing can eliminate the inherent defects in the metal,
improve the metal structure, so that the metal streamline distribution
is reasonable, good metal tightness. Forging
forming process is widely used in bearing molding processing, can be
completed from the diameter of ~ 20mm small products to the outer
diameter of 5000mm large products processing. Common forging molding methods are: hot forging processing, cold
forging processing, warm forging processing, mainly to hot forging in
China.
Hot forging processing because of its forming and processing equipment
is divided into: free forging processing technology, press forging
process, forging machine forging process and high-speed upsetting
machine forging process.
2) cold rolling Forming:
The
cold rolling process is an advanced process that can improve the
utilization of materials, improve the density of metal structures and
maintain the linearity of metal flow. It is a kind of no chip processing
method. In theory, the cold rolling of the product without the need for turning can be directly heat treatment and grinding. At present, the cold rolling process is mainly used in medium and small deep groove ball bearings, the main process is:
Forging rough (ring) - turning (except channel) - rolling (groove and chamfer) diameter - soft grinding both ends.
The use of cold rolling process and forging molding process, the
accuracy of the product in addition to the impact of equipment accuracy,
but also by the impact of precision molds.
3) turning molding:
In
the bearing industry, the traditional turning molding technology is the
use of special lathes, the use of centralized process to complete the
molding process. However, due to the difficulty of the equipment used to adjust the
method, low precision machine, low material utilization, so the process
is being eliminated.
With the development of science and technology, CNC turning machine tools developed rapidly and increasingly perfect. At present, some complex shape, high precision products are increasingly used CNC turning molding technology.
In
summary, the direction of the ring molding process should be toward the
high utilization of metal materials, high production efficiency, high
precision forming the direction of development. Therefore,
high-speed upsetting technology, cold rolling technology, CNC turning
molding technology will be more and more applications.
