What
is the effect of the semi-shaft conical bushing? Why is the semi-axle
conical bushing loose or broken? Answer: Usually, the agricultural
machinery fittings of a vehicle are fitted with half-shaft fastening
bolts with flange plates. Set up more than three tapered bushings to offset the lateral pressure of the fastening bolts. The
tapered bushing converts the plane pressure of the fastening bolts into
the radial pressure of the studs. The bolts, nuts, and taper bushes
work together to achieve the effect of semi-axis positioning. The
dimensional sleeve usually has a through groove in the dimension body.
When the tightening nut tightens the axial pressure, the sleeve is
pressed and the sleeve cone slides along the flange sleeve seat, so the
sleeve is shortened. The
inner FB090 bronze coiled bushing hole tightly locks the stud in the
shortening to fill the gap between the stud and the flange disk bushing
hole. Axle-cone
bushing is necessary to match the taper of the bush seat. The inner
hole of the bush can not be larger than the stud diameter of 0.70 mm.
The groove width of the bushing can not be less than 2.50 mm. The
bushing should be higher than the half shaft in the bush seat hole. The outer plane of the flange is 2-3 mm and the bushing should be 2.50 mm shorter than the inner plane of the flange.
So
bushings will not be crushed due to being too long, or hydraulic
oil-free bushings will be pressed below the outer plane without
pressure, or the taper will not be uniform and the force will be uneven,
or the groove width will not be enough and the bushing holes and studs
will not be. Between emptiness. Slotting
the bushing leaves the bushing with a shortened stage so that the
bushing can perform its intended function, and never allow the bushing
to be closed when the bushing effect (ie, the nut is tightened to a
certain degree). For
trucks that have been in operation for many years, the bushings may be
lost during the warranty period, or the bushings are not good enough.
After the bushings are installed, the effect of wedging the flanges and
studs of the semi-axial flanges is not achieved, so that the semi-axial
flanges can be contained therein. In the activity, the half shaft fastening bolts also loosen. On trucks, there are usually 12-16 sets of fastening bolts for a half shaft. After the tapered bushing loses its proper effect, the axial pressure
of other fastening bolts cannot control the wheel and axle flanges.
These bolts need only to loosen with the movement of the flange disk.
When
all the tightening bolts are loosened, the stud volume increases, so
that the stud root and the screw hole are loosened, and the half shaft
tightening stud will be blocked in the middle of the drive torque
addition and impact. Some studs were pulled out together, the axles were disconnected from the wheel, and the vehicle could not travel. In some cases, the half shafts are cracked together with the half shaft fastening bolts. Some
warranters often think of a half-axis tapered bushing as a cushion
cover for a backing nut. When a tapered bushing is used, a lot of spring
washers are used instead. The result is a pay-off. Conical bushings on the same half shaft can be used if they can be used, and two other fastening bolts can be installed. On
the other hand, if all tapered bushings are large enough to be
ineffective, the other axles and wheels will loosen when all the other
fastening bolts are replaced. This
means that the semi-axial bushing plays a decisive role in the use of
the semi-axle, and it cannot be regarded only as a washer for the
fastening nut.
