mold, increase the processing cycle and product production costs,
generally require a certain scale.
There are two drawbacks to this type of roll-up technology:
(1) The copper alloy sintered on the bimetal plate is generally
cold-rolled with a rolling mill. Its relative density is ≤ 97% and it
cannot be used as a high-performance part;
(2) Whether the sleeve is rolled or not, whether it is butt or lap
joint, has a seam, which makes the shaft sleeve maintain poor accuracy.
Both of these problems directly affect the mechanical properties and
performance of the sleeve.
