Installation of cylindrical inner hollow bearings for composite bearings:
When the bearing ring is tightly fitted to the shaft or housing bore, a
special mounting sleeve is used to simultaneously press the bearing
onto the shaft or housing.
Separate
bearing installation Because the inner and outer rings can be easily
attached to the shaft or the bearing housing separately, it should be
noted that when the shaft with the inner ring is inserted into the
bearing housing with the outer ring installed Try to keep it concentric so as to prevent the rolling elements and raceways from being scratched.
When
the inner ring of the bearing is tightly fitted with the shaft and the
outer ring bearing housing is loosely fitted with a non-separable type
of bearing, the bearing can be first mounted on the shaft by the press,
and then the shaft is fitted to the bearing housing together with the
bearing. Inside, if the bearing is small, you can also tap the sleeve with a softer metal hammer.
When
the bearing size is large, the bearing inner ring or the bearing
housing needs to be heated beforehand because the required mounting
force is large, or the bearing subjected to heavy load work has a large
interference fit. Install it. The heating temperature should be strictly controlled during hot installation. When heating the bearing, the heating temperature should not exceed 1200C, and should generally be 80~1000C. Bearings with dust caps or seals cannot be heated, as this can result in loss of lubricant. The heating method can be performed by an electric induction method or an oil bath heating method.
When the bearing outer ring and the bearing housing hole are tightly
matched, and the inner ring and the shaft are loosely matched, the
bearing can be first mounted on the shaft.
The end face of the ring forces the bearing to arrive, but the striking force must be evenly distributed over the bearing ring.
1. Rotate
the outer ring and carefully flush the junction of the cage, rolling
element and raceway, and thoroughly clean the original oil residue from
any hidden parts. After
the bearing is cleaned, the attached cleaning oil should be drenched,
dried on a workbench lined with clean neutral liner, or slowly dried in a
far-infrared oven. After
the cleaning oil has been drenched and dried or dried, the bearing
ring, the holder or any rolling elements must not be rotated during the
whole process. Rolling
bearings can be removed from the oil seal package immediately prior to
delivery for routine inspection and immersed in wash petrol or acid-free
kerosene containing 3% motor oil. 2. Lubricating oil shall be dripped as required and immediately delivered to the bearing for inspection and drying or drying. At
this time, the outer surface of the bearing is not protected by oil
film. During the whole inspection process, it should not be in direct
contact with the skin of the human hand. The operator should wear clean
gloves or apply anti-rust agent on the hand, but must avoid the rolling
of the anti-rust agent on the hand. Appearance, otherwise the measurement results will be biased.
3. It
should be delivered immediately or used for anti-rust inventory
processing. The entire inspection process should also be completed
quickly, after the bearing is inspected. So as not to cause rust for a long time. Note that cleaning with pure gasoline without oil can cause corrosion.
4. Bearings
that have been dried or dried shall be dripped into the lubricating oil
according to the regulations and immediately delivered for inspection.
At this time, the outer surface of the bearing shall be free of oil film
protection, and shall not be in direct contact with the skin of the
human hand during the whole inspection process. The operator shall wear
clean gloves. Or apply rust inhibitor on the hand, but you must avoid the rust
inhibitor on your hand to mix into the rolling surface of the bearing,
otherwise the measurement results will be biased.
5.
After the bearing is inspected, it should be delivered immediately or
processed for anti-rust inventory. The whole inspection process should
also be completed, so as not to cause rust over time. Note that cleaning with pure gasoline without oil can cause corrosion.
6. The bearings must be placed on a metal plate in the inspection site
together with the gauge blocks, standard parts and measuring
instruments used for inspection before the inspection, so that the
temperature of these objects can be homogenized and room temperature
faster.
Obviously,
only by strictly doing the above preparations can the inspection result
be accurate, and the bearing will not be rusted during the whole
inspection process.
