Before assembly, make sure that there is no foreign matter on the
surface of sleeve and seat hole. The surface of seat hole should be
clean with water-lubricated sleeve to avoid scratching during assembly.
When assembling, the copper-based ball retaining ring on the outer
surface of the sleeve can be properly coated with lubricating oil, which
helps the sleeve to be conveniently installed, but is not easy to avoid
that the sleeve will break off during heavy load or reciprocating
motion.
Assembly should be slowly pressed into the mandrel (the proposed
hydraulic machine), no banned to the oil block directly hit the sleeve
to avoid deformation.
For design of seat hole, please use easily deformable material such as
aluminum alloy or seat hole with thin wall thickness to avoid
deformation of seat hole during press-fitting.
In order to make the assembly easier and will not damage the wear
layer, the shaft must have a smooth chamfer over the end face, the shaft
material is recommended for the steel surface hardening hrc45, surface
roughness rz2-3, the surface can be hard chrome plated.
If possible, apply grease to the shaft surface to shorten the bushing cycle.
Sleeve inspection methods
Outer diameter: the ring through the way and stop mode, the ring
through the end of the largest diameter size, ring end of the smallest
size for the outer diameter.
Inner
diameter: press the sleeve into the reference hole (h7 intermediate
value tolerance) with a cylindrical plug gauge test sleeve, plug the end
of the sleeve shaft bore the smallest size, stop plug end of the sleeve
bore maximum size. The general level of precision shaft sleeve h9.
Ring gauge, plug gauge size din1494 first part.
