First, with the choice
The
inner diameter and outer diameter dimensions of the rolling bearing are
manufactured with standard tolerances. The tightness of the bearing
inner ring with the shaft, the outer ring and the seat hole can only be
achieved by controlling the tolerance of the journal and the tolerance
of the seat hole. The inner ring of the bearing is matched with the shaft by a base
hole, and the outer ring of the bearing is matched with the seat hole by
a base shaft.
The
correct choice of cooperation must be aware of the actual load
conditions, operating temperature and other requirements of the bearing,
but in reality it is very difficult. Therefore, most of the cases are based on the use of lapping.
Second, the size of the load
The amount of overrun between the collar and the shaft or housing
depends on the size of the load, heavier loads use larger over-capacity,
and lighter loads use smaller over-capacity.
Use caution
Rolling
bearings are precision parts and require careful attention when used.
Even if high-performance bearings are used, they cannot achieve the
desired performance results if they are used improperly. Therefore, the use of bearings should pay attention to the following things:
First, keep the bearings and their surroundings clean. Even very small dust gets into the bearing, it will aggravate bearing wear, vibration and noise.
Second, the installation should be careful, do not allow strong
stamping, can not directly hit the bearing, does not allow the
transmission of pressure through the rolling body.
Third, the use of the correct installation tools, try to use special
tools, and strive to avoid the use of cloth and short fibers and the
like.
Fourth,
to prevent the corrosion of the bearing rust, it is best not to take
the bearing directly by hand, to be coated with high-quality mineral oil
before operation, in the rainy season and summer especially pay
attention to anti-rust.
